Manufacturing Time
Products available for immediate purchase will be shipped according to the availability indicated at the time of purchase.
Made-to-order products will have an estimated manufacturing time of 4 to 5 weeks, depending on the piece, materials, and level of customization.
The estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer before confirming the order.
Deliveries
We ship to all of Colombia and the United States.
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the product, destination, dimensions, and delivery characteristics, and will be communicated before finalizing the purchase.
For large-format products, we can coordinate specialized transport and delivery.
Order Tracking
Once the product is dispatched, the customer will receive the information available to track their order.
In case of delays caused by the shipping company, we commit to supporting the customer throughout the tracking and resolution process.
Receipt of Product
